The tour of the Hermitage

Good day,

The tour of the Hermitage was excellent. The tour guide, Marina, was excellent. The tour guide had good communication skills in English. The tour guide had good knowledge of the museum. The guide was very hospitable. 

Excellent overall experience.

Thank you very much for sending Irina to guide us through the city centre of St. Petersburg.
She was an excellent choice to show us St. Petersburg. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered us many suggestions to make sure she tailored her tour to our interests. Her knowledge of the art, architecture, and history of St. Isaac's intrigued our interest and made for a fascinating visit to this beautiful site.

Amazing 2 days and more

Good morning Ksenia,
I will write a longer note but wanted to let you know how much our group enjoyed our two days in St.Petersburg. Ulko Tours and our guide Liz exceeded our expectations, thank you so much.
Liz was fantastic, very professional and gave us so many personal insights. Everyone gave her a big hug and smiles.
