Meeting place: Arrival transfer - in the airport arrival hall or by your train coach. Departure transfer - in the lobby of your hotel
If you are arriving:	ULKOtours professional driver will meet you at the airport arrival hall/ at the train/bus station or the river port carrying a sign with your name on it and will transfer you to your hotel.
	Our driver will patiently wait for you for 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time. Please note that if your arrival is delayed by more than 1 hour, an additional waiting fee of 10 USD per hour will apply. Vehicle categories: 1-2 passsengers - Sedan 3-4 passengers - Mercedes Viano/Vito or Hyundai Starex 5-10 passengers - Mercedes Sprinter 10 - 16 passengers - Mini-bus
If you are departing	Our professional driver will meet you at your hotel lobby carrying a sign with your name on it and take you to the airport departure hall/ the train/bus station or the river port.
	Average pick-up times for departures: International flights - 3 hours before departure. Recommended to arrive at the airport 2 hrs before flight departure. Domestic flights - 2 hrs before departure. Recommended to arrive at the airport 1 hr before departure. Domestic/International trains - 1.5 hrs before departure. Recommended to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled train departure. International buses -1.5 - hrs before departure. Recommended to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled bus departure.
