We are active members of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) and CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), an official tour supplier for many leading OTAs, including Viator/Trip Advisor and GetYourGuide.

She selects tour guides for the ULKOteam to make sure they are not only excellent professionals but also fun and outgoing personalities to make tours memorable and exciting. Elena is continuously working on expanding the ULKO Travel Agent network and on offering more destinations around Europe for our clients.
She takes customer calls whenever possible.
Elena is a mother of 4 beautiful children, a passionate scuba diver, and a cat person.

Although she is a professional soccer referee by her original profession, Ksenia bears high passion for traveling, exploring new things, and knows how to deal with people from different cultures. She handles your direct email inquiries, answers all your questions, and helps you plan the best tour of your life.
In 2017 Ksenia debuted as a Licensed Tour guide for ULKO since there had been so many requests. A mother of 4 beautiful children, Ksenia works from home.

Maria usually works from home and makes sure all our accounts are in good standing and that all client payments are going through. You can't even imagine how much bureaucracy there is in Russia (until you have to deal with it), and she skillfully takes care of it all.
