While I and a friend were in St. Petersburg October 13-18, we used one Elena as our guide.
What a lovely person she is. She arranged to have us picked up from the airport and also our return, plus we used her for three days to personally take us around -- one day with a driver, Andrei. She is very, very knowledgeable about Russian history and her city.
She made our trip very enjoyable and it would not have been near as good had we not had her as our guide.
