Welcome to UlkoTours LLC easy On-Line Cruise Tour reservation system for Cruise passengers.

If you have already decided which tour you would like to book and are ready to go, we are happy to introduce our new 3 step on-line reservation form:

STEP 1  Make a tour deposit based on the number of people in your party

STEP 2  Fill in the reservation form

STEP 3  Receive your tour confirmation and travel tickets (required only for St.Petersburg) by e-mail

Please have the following details ready to complete your reservation:

1. Valid Credit/debit card in the name of tour participant OR a PayPal account

2. Your cruise ship name and tour dates

3. Passport details for EACH member of your party

NOTE: If you need to make tour reservations for multiple destinations (St.Petersburg, Tallinn, Stockholm or Moscow) please complete a reservation form for each city separately.

When completing the form, our system will ask you to select the amount of the deposit you have paid. Please pay attention to what you select as the system will automatically deduct the deposit amount from the grand total for the tour to show you your balance due.

We kindly ask you to be very attentive when filling all the fields of the reservation form, however, ALL On-LINE RESERVATIONS are manually checked by our managers and we make sure that all the provided info is accurate and matches our cruise line schedules and accounting records.

IMPORTANT! Your reservation is COMPLETE and CONFIRMED only when you receive a .pdf file with confirmation number from UlkoTours LLC.
