Lena and I emailed for several months setting up every detail of our October 2006 trip to St. Petersburg.
She was very patient with my myriad questions and concerns. In addition to arranging for transportation to and from the airport, she provided 2 days of guided tours, one in the city and one to the palaces in the suburbs, both of which were very interesting and gave us a great feel for St. Petersburg and Russian history.
We were very happy with Lena's hotel recommendation (Arkadia) as well. It was perfect in terms of location, security, cleanliness and service.
