Just back from a superb eight day visit to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Elena organised all the guiding and sight seeing in both cities most efficently and courteously. All e-mails and queries were answered immediately and fully. The two drivers, one in each city, were by far the best and safest two drivers we encountered! Elena's knowledge of the museums, churches, palaces and their treasures was superb, as was Alexandra's in Moscow. We finished with a performance of 'Cinderella' at the Mariinsky which was truly magical. A really great experience, due in large part to Elena and her team. A very great thank you to them all. We would unhesitatingly recommend Elena and Alexandra to all our friends when they visit these cities.

In order to always stay in touch and be able to timely respond to all inquiries and calls (sometimes hard for Russia due to time zone change) we are now located closer to our valued US customers. During Cruise Season (May 1 - September 30) UlkoTours has an additional office in the Passenger Port 'Marine Facade' to always be available for our cruise customers. We are located in the Terminal #1, 2nd Floor Gallery, office 211. Office Hours 6:30 am - 07:00 pm
